STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) Bixby High School linebacker Jared Glover has decided to play football at Oklahoma State instead of Nebraska.
The 6-foot-5, 220-pounder made the announcement yesterday during The Oklahoman's annual All-State Photo Day. Glover had orally committed to Nebraska in October, saying the Cornhuskers' defense was similiar to that at Bixby. But Glover switched to OSU, which was one of several schools that had shown interest.
Other schools that previously expressed interest in Glover were Colorado, Michigan State, Texas A&M and Texas Tech. Glover said he switched to OSU so he could be closer to home.
