STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ Oklahoma State football fans are showing why Independence Bowl officials were eager to get the Cowboys.
OSU has already sold out its entire allotment of 12,000 tickets to the December 28th game against Alabama.
Bowl officials say OSU is only the second school in the past five years to sell all its tickets. An anonymous donor bout OSU's final 1,500 tickets and gave them away to students and staff.
All those tickets were taken within four hours.
The Independence Bowl still has about 5,000 tickets available and officials say most of those are $30 each for seats in the south end zone.
