ENID, Okla. (AP) A man was shot and killed while he sat in a parked car outside an Enid convenience store, police said.
Sirrikkii Marquis Perry, 29, died shortly after he was shot several times outside the Main Street Mini Mart about 2 a.m. Saturday, Enid police said. No arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, police said Sunday.
"We don't have a motive," said Capt. Dean Grassino.
Police received several reports of shots fired just after 2 a.m. When officers arrived at the scene, they found the victim in the front passenger seat of a four-door sedan parked near a pay phone, police said.
Grassino said Perry was a passenger in the car driven by his brother. Two other men were passengers in the car. No one had entered the store before the shooting.
Saturday's shooting death is Enid's first homicide in 2007.
