BLAIR, Okla. (AP) -- A Blair teenager died after the pickup truck he was driving slammed into a ditch and overturned on top of him.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 16-year-old Jesse Farr was taken to Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, where he was pronounced dead.

The accident happened around 11:00 p.m. Saturday night northeast of Blair in Jackson County.

The patrol says Farr was driving west on a county road when he hit a ditch and overturned the truck. Farr was partially thrown from driver's side window, and the truck then rolled on top of him, pinning him underneath. Two passengers in the truck also were
injured.
