MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) Rick Zagone pitched a 1-hit shutout as Missouri beat Kansas State 3-0 on Saturday.

Zagone (6-0) took a no-hitter into the 9th inning, but Justin Bloxom singled to center with 1 out. Zagone struck out 11 and walked 4 as Missouri (23-9, 5-3) evened the series with the Wildcats.

Chase Bayuk (2-3) pitched 6 shutout innings for Kansas State (22-9, 4-4). He gave up a solo home run to John McKee in the 7th, then gave up a double before he was relieved by A.J. Morris.

Lee Fischer had 2 RBI's for Missouri, and Aaron Senne was 2-4.
