The future of Internet security could take shape in Tulsa. A company called Vidoop is about to make a big splash on the national stage. The Oklahoma company's work was named one of the five most promising technologies of the year. Vidoop's product eliminates passwords, and they say it defeats most forms of hacking.

Dozens of banks and a Fortune 500 financial company will start using the technology this summer.

"We envision that the company, in two years, will employ more than 300 people, and probably at least half of those in the next six to nine months," Vidoop Vice President Mitchell Savage said.

Vidoop has been operating in stealth mode for the past year, but the company is now ready to come out of hiding.
