Report On Missing Police Evidence Done

Updated:
The Washington County District Attorney says he has received the State Bureau of Investigation's report on missing evidence from the Bartlesville Police Department, but he says it's 500 pages long and will take a couple days to digest. Rick Esser had expressed frustrations earlier this month that the report was taking so long to complete. Now, Esser says he understands why.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has spent the past four months looking into missing meth and hydrocodone evidence from a raid back in June. Rick Esser says the report identifies a suspect and a crime, but wouldn't go into any details.

Esser expects to file charges sometime in the next week.
