White Sox 7, Tigers 5, 10 innings

Updated:
DETROIT (AP) _ The Chicago White Sox got to Detroit's bullpen again.

Jermaine Dye doubled in the go-ahead run in the 10th inning and Chicago beat the Tigers 7-5 Saturday for its fourth straight win. The victory came less than 24 hours after the White Sox pushed across a run in the 7th against Detroit reliever Jason Grilli and held on for a 5-4 win.

This time it was Fernando Rodney (1-4), who gave up 2 hits and Juan Uribe's sacrifice fly in the 10th. The Tigers have lost three straight.

David Aardsma (2-0) got the last out of the 9th for the win and Bobby Jenks pitched a perfect 10th for his sixth save in seven chances.

Chicago starter Jose Contreras retired 16 straight batters after Carlos Guillen's 1st-inning grand slam, but Magglio Ordonez ended the run in the 6th when he sent a 2-out pitch deep into left-center field for his second home run of the season.

Nate Robertson gave up 3 earned runs and 5 hits in 6 1-3 innings for the Tigers. He struck out 3 and walked 2.

Robertson retired the first nine batters he faced but ran into trouble in the 4th when he loaded the bases with a hit and 2 walks. Joe Crede's RBI single capped the 3-run inning and Jim Thome added a sacrifice fly an inning later to tie it.

Crede also hit an RBI single against Joel Zumaya in the 8th to tie it at 5.

The Tigers, who managed just 2 hits in the last 4 innings of Friday's loss, opened the 1st inning with consecutive hits off Contreras, who then hit Gary Sheffield to load the bases.

Guillen made him pay an out later when he hit the right-hander's first pitch into the right-field bleachers. Contreras, who also took his first no-decision of the season, gave up 5 hits.
