A Muskogee high school principal recently fired then reinstated heads back to Muskogee County District Court on Monday. Hilldale Principal Dewayne Pemberton took the school board to court after they fired him earlier this month. A judge allowed him to go back to work temporarily.
The judge did not say how long Pemberton could stay on the job during the appeal. Pemberton wants that issue decided Monday.
