Search Continues For Suspect In Motel Shooting

A man and woman are in critical condition after they are shot in a Tulsa motel room overnight. The shooting happened just before midnight at a Super 8 Motel at 129th East Avenue and 51st Street. Tulsa Police say the victims and suspects did not exchange words before the shooting.

Police officers say a man drove up to the first story room of the motel and got out of the car. He fired several shots through a closed motel room window and left. Two people in the room were transported to a Tulsa hospital in critical condition. A third man in the motel room was not hurt.

Tulsa Police Cpl. Carl Goforth says they are looking for two black males in a small white car. "We have several witnesses seeing different parts of it. We're still piecing it together." Police say they found several shell casings at the shooting scene and are trying to determine what kind of gun was used.

Right now, the News On 6 does not know how the victim's are related to each other, their names have not been released.

Tulsa Police say they do not have a motive for the shooting and they are still looking for the suspects.
