An Oklahoma doctor is ordered to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in restitution for financially exploiting his father. William Edward Clymer was a doctor at the Southern Oaks Care Center in Pawnee, where his father was living. The 81-year-old father says he had no idea a lawsuit he'd filed because of a traffic accident had been settled for nearly $600,000.
After Clymer has finished paying back his father, with interest, the Judge ordered Clymer to pay for investigative costs in the case which are more than $14,000.
