RIVERHEAD, N.Y. (AP) -- Another man arrested during an undercover sex sting that starred Miss America has pleaded not guilty. Twenty-year-old Robert Accomando was one of eleven men charged after 20-year-old Lawton beauty queen Lauren Nelson created an online profile of a 14-year-old girl that included photographs of her as a teenager. She chatted online and lured the men into a New York home, where police and crews from "America's Most Wanted" were waiting.

Two other men have pleaded not guilty in the case.

Accomando's attorney says his client has the mental capacity of a preteen, or possibly someone younger, due to a physical disorder that also has psychiatric manifestations.

Accomando is charged with first-degree attempted dissemination of indecent material to a minor. He was released on $10,000 cash bail.
