A Tulsa teacher has received a prestigious honor. Leon Rollerson is a video production instructor at McLain High School. He's one of only 23 teachers across the country selected as this year's MetLife Foundation Ambassadors in Education. The award honors teachers' efforts to develop projects that unite schools, parents and community. Rollerson says he feels very honored to be chosen.

"The award itself is something that you really want to feel good about, to represent your family, to represent your friends," said Rollerson.

The award also means McLain will get $5,000.
