McALESTER, Okla. (AP) -- A Texas truck driver is being held without bond after making an initial appearance on a first-degree murder charge in Pittsburg County. Clint Baker of Crockett, Texas, is charged with first-degree murder for the death of fellow truck driver Todd Eugene Rich on March 17th.
A passerby spotted the body of Rich, who was found beaten with his throat slashed.
Wyoming Highway Patrol troopers captured Baker during a snowstorm on Interstate 80 on March 28th.
