A man is in custody after he drove the wrong way on the Broken Arrow Expressway and rolled his car. An officer found the car on its top and found Juan Chagoga walking nearby. He told the officer he had been drinking.
He said oncoming traffic forced him to drive into the median. He did not have a driver's license.
