Police are at the scene of a bad traffic accident at 21st and Garnett. EMSA tells us they sent five ambulances to the accident. A gold car was going fast southbound on Garnett when it rear-ended two vehicles stopped at the light. One vehicle, a black car, was sandwiched between the gold car and a red pickup.
Five people were taken to the hospital, three of them with life threatening injuries, including an 8-year-old girl in the black car.
