PURCELL, Okla. (AP) _ A seven-vehicle accident has shut down southbound lanes of Interstate 35 between Norman and Purcell.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol Captain Chris West says a box truck apparently hit the other six cars and trucks and left several people injured _ but no fatalities are reported.

West says one person was airlifted from the scene to a hospital.

West says troopers are still trying to determine what caused the driver of the box truck to hit the other vehicles.
