OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The 70th annual Oil Bowl between high school football players from Oklahoma and Texas is set for Saturday in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Former Oklahoma quarterback and Congressman J.C. Watts will be the keynote speaker at the Oil Bowl banquet Friday night and will be inducted into the Oil Bowl Hall of Fame.

Watts played in the 1976 Oil Bowl.

Kickoff is set for 7:30 Saturday night.
