Author Sentenced In DUI Case
A Tulsa author arrested for DUI and resisting arrest is sentenced. On Thursday Bill Bernhardt got a six-month suspended sentence for the February 23rd incident. He was also ordered to pay $750.<br/><br/>ProsecutorsThursday, June 21st 2007, 5:00 pm

A Tulsa author arrested for DUI and resisting arrest is sentenced. On Thursday Bill Bernhardt got a six-month suspended sentence for the February 23rd incident. He was also ordered to pay $750.
Prosecutors dropped the resisting arrest charge in exchange for a plea on the DUI charge.
Bernhardt still has another DUI case pending in Jenks.
