LAWTON, Okla. (AP) _ A teenager drowned Friday while swimming with friends in Lake Ellsworth.

Lawton Police Capt. Jackie LaRoche said Heriberto Corral-Flores, 17, was one of seven teens from Oklahoma City swimming near Fisherman's Cove at about 11:20 a.m.

His body was found in about 8 feet of water at 3:15 p.m. by the LPD Dive Team, LaRoche said.

``There were some witnesses who were fishing who said they saw him coming up and going down about three times and thought he was playing,'' said Deputy Chief Ronnie Smith Sr. ``Then he went down and didn't come back up.''

One of the boy's cousins said Corral-Flores grabbed on to him, but he couldn't pull him out because he was going down also, Smith said.
