A federal judge has sentenced a Hulbert woman to ten years in prison for her role in a failed murder-for-hire scheme.

We first told you about Kate Robertson last October. That was just before she was found guilty of conspiring with her lover to hire a hit man to kill her husband Brett. Hugh Means pleaded guilty and testified against her.

Her husband, Brett Robertson asked for leniency for Kate. During an exclusive interview, he told the News on 6 he didn't believe his wife had anything to do with trying to have him killed.
