An Oklahoma teen charged with killing his best friend is expected in court today. It happened in Choctaw, that's just east of Oklahoma City.

Police say 14 year old Jacob McCulloch got into an argument with 14 year old Bobby Brantley. They say that's when Jacob went inside and came out with a gun. Bobby was shot 3 times, he was found dead in the driveway.

Jacob McCulloch was arrested and is charged with first degree homicide. He is being held in the Oklahoma County jail.
