Firefighters were kept busy Thursday afternoon and evening battling a number of grass and brush fires across northeastern Oklahoma.

Ten different fire departments helped battle two separate grass fires between Oologah and Talala.

Another fire burned several acres east of Tulsa and north of the Broken Arrow area.

Fire crews also battled blazes near Kellyville in Creek County and near Hallett in Pawnee County.

Fire officials say none of the blazes threatened or burn any structures and no one was injured.
