Some folks in Creek County will soon welcome a new business. First Wave Aviation broke ground Monday on its new facility in Bristow.

First Wave distributes chemicals and lubricants and provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services for aircraft.

Kell Kelley with SpiritBank: "Isn't it really fitting that when one manufacturing company is opening at the same time we're closing another one."

First Wave will first employ 100 people and hope to expand to 500 workers eventually.
