Former executives at Koch (Coke) Oil Company say they cannot recall the company having more oil than it purchased.

The former company executives testified by video deposition and in person today as the civil trial against Koch Industries reached
the halfway point. Attorneys for the plaintiffs rested their case.

Bill Koch is suing the company started by his father. Bill Koch's attorneys have tried to show that the company trained employees to underreport the amount of oil bought from federal and Indian leases during the 1980s.

An Osage Indian attorney says a group of Osage royalty owners are considering their own lawsuit.
