(Tulsa-AP) -- A former Oklahoma Sooner football star has signed with the Tulsa Talons.
Jarrail Jackson says his goal is to play in the N-F-L and the Talons are a stepping stone.
Jackson was a receiver and kick returner at O-U but was recently passed over in the N-F-L draft.
Jackson says he was disappointed but still gets calls from the N-F-L and the Canadian Football League.
Jackson is the Sooner career leader in punt returns and is the most high-profile player to date to sign with the Talons of the arena football-two league.
