RADNOR, Pa. (AP) — Sarah Jessica Parker says the actresses on her HBO show ``Sex and the City'' make a point of having hairstyles that normal women can wear.
``The hair rules are, if you can't do it yourself, you can't do it,'' Parker said in the June 17 issue of TV Guide.
``I don't know any woman in American who can run out of the house in the morning and do an upsweep — except for maybe Ivana Trump, and I don't want anyone on the show to look like Ivana Trump.''
The actress has other rules — ``no scrunchies, no butterfly clips, no hair ornaments of any kind, period.''
As for other style trend for the third season of the cable TV hit series, Parker said, ``We're doing a lot more jewelry, a lot of gold, sort of sophisticated uptown ghetto.''
