TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- A Tulsa man pleaded guilty and no contest to separate felony counts Tuesday related to his alleged involvement in a sex and child-pornography ring.

Wayne Karl Siegel pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography and pleaded no contest to procuring a girl for obscene videos. He is the final Tulsa County defendant in a case where three other men are in prison for crimes against the same girl.

Siegel, 37, remains free on bail. His sentencing is set for Dec.

19, and a prosecutor said he will recommend that Siegel receive 15 years in prison plus a 15-year probation.

Authorities said Siegel met Jerrod Julian of Commerce via a "swingers" magazine ad and that Julian introduced his underaged stepdaughter to Siegel, who allegedly had sex with her.

At a preliminary hearing, Tulsa Police Detective Liz Eagan said Siegel told police the girl "looked young" but that he was told she was married to Julian and was "either 18 or 19" -- old enough to consent, Eagan testified.

Craig County charges against Siegel are unresolved.

A Tulsa County judge previously had sentenced Julian to four consecutive life prison terms after he pleaded guilty to 12 felonies, including multiple counts of sexually abusing the girl -- who is now 17 -- and allegations that he permitted her to be abused.

Julian received lesser concurrent sentences for related federal and Ottawa County offenses.

Tulsan Truman Leon Wolery must serve two consecutive life prison terms for crimes involving the girl. Wolery pleaded no contest to 11 state felonies and has a lesser, concurrent federal sentence.

Ricky Thurston Welch of Sand Springs was sentenced last month to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to one Tulsa County count of molesting the girl.

The girl's mother, Heike Julian, received a 45-year prison term in Ottawa County for child abuse.
