ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) — In its second price hike this year, Disneyland is raising admission fees by $2.

The new prices went into effect Monday. Visitors between the ages of 10 and 59 now pay $43, children 3 to 9 pay $33 and people over 60 pay $41.

The park raised prices by $2 in January.

Disneyland spokesman Ray Gomez said the increase reflects ``enhanced guest experiences,'' including a new holiday parade and fireworks show.

The change comes just a few months before Disney is scheduled to open another amusement park, California Adventure, in February. The park, adjacent to Disneyland, will require a separate admission.

A new 750-room hotel and a ``Downtown Disney'' shopping, dining and entertainment area are scheduled to open in January.
