Street improvement areas which will affect Tulsa traffic include:

ALL LANES OPEN: UTICA AVENUE, THIRD STREET TO FOURTH STREET.

FRIDAY, NOV. 10: RIVERSIDE DRIVE will be closed to through traffic at GALVESTON AVENUE from 7:00 PM Friday until 6:00 AM. Monday, Nov. 13. for storm sewer work. This closing also will happen the following Friday, Nov. 17th through Monday, Nov. 20th.

SATURDAY, NOV. 11: GARNETT ROAD will be closed at 6 a.m. Saturday until 6 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 12 from just north of the BROKEN ARROW EXPRESSWAY TO EAST 4Sth STREET SOUTH. This is part of the project to widen Garnett to five lanes between 4lST and 51STStreets.

MONDAY, NOV. 13: SOUTH DELAWARE AVENUE will close between 10th AND SEVENTH STREETS for two to three months for a stormwater drainage improvement project.

WEST 61ST STREET SOUTH IS CLOSED BETWEEN UNION AVENUE AND XENOPHON AVENUE for seven to 10 days. Thus is part of the project to widen the intersection of 61stt Street and Union Avenue to four lanes in each direction including right and left-turn lanes.

NORTH PEORIA AVENUE, APACHE STREET TO MOHAWK BOULEVARD: Traffic is narrowed to two lanes for two to three weeks while Southwestern Bell continues its duct work.

SHERIDAN ROAD, 71ST STREET TO 81ST STREET: Traffic has been shifted to the completed southbound lanes Side streets east of Sheridan (73rd Street, 74th Street. 78th Street and 78th Place) are closed. Sheridan Road is being widened to five lanes (four and a center turn lane). Delays should be expected.

EAST 31ST STREET SOUTH, PEORIA AVENUE TO LEWIS AVENUE: Eastbound traffic is narrowed to one lane for three to four weeks during pavement patching and repair to curb and sidewalks.

EAST PINE STREET, LEWIS AVENUE TO HARVARD AVENUE: Traffic is narrowed to two lanes for 30 to 45 days during pavement patching, curb and sidewalk replacement.

Utility relocations (Delays should be expected): SOUTH 129TH EAST AVENUE, EAST 21ST STREET TO EAST 31ST STREET.

LEWIS AVENUE, THIRD STREET TO PINE STREET: Traffic has been narrowed to two lanes for street rehabilitation. Delays should be expected for 5 to 7 days.

EAST 21ST STREET, HARVARD AVENUE TO LEWIS AVENUE: Construction is continuing. Traffic is narrowed to two lanes for 30 to 60 days.

FOURTH PLACE, 73RD EAST AVENUE TO MEMORIAL DRIVE: Street rehabilitation is in progress. Delays should be expected.

THIRD STREET. UTICA AVENUE TO LEWIS AVENUE: Traffic has beenn narrowed to two lanes for two to three reeks during street resurfacing.

THIRD STREET AND MAIN STREET: The south two lanes arc closed for storm sewer installation in connection with the project to build a two-lane road on Main Street between Third and Fourth streets.

GILCREASE MUSEUM ROAD AND EDISON STREET: Traffic has been narrowed to two lanes for approximately 30 days during reconstruction of the intersection.

41ST STREET OVER THE BROKEN ARROW EXPRESSWAY is closed for construction of a new bridge. Through traffic is blocked on 41st Street between Memorial Drive and Mingo Road. A detour is available.

SOUTH 87TH EAST AVENUE is closed just south of 41ST Street for two to four weeks during construction of a concrete box storm sewer and relocation of a water line.
