Henry VIII is holding court in Muskogee for several weekends in May, surrounded by minstrels, knights, ladies, and wenches.

This weekend marks the start of the 7th annual Renaissance Faire at the Castle. For the next three weekends, commoners can see falconry, jousting, and all the revelry. Belly dancers and handcrafted goods are offered for the adults, but the King says bring the kids. "Of course we have the children hear, and entire children's realm this year. With the face painters to decorate your children."

The Renaissance Faire is going on several Saturdays and Sundays in May. May 4th and 5th, 11th and 12th, 18th and 19th.
