A Tulsa man faces charges Friday morning after he held police at bay for hours overnight.

Officers were called to a trailer at the AAA Truck Repair before midnight. Police say 46-year-old Dewey Don Davis lived on the premises. Davis was upset because he got fired. Tulsa Police Captain Larry Kinney, “The suspect had been terminated earlier from his job at a trucking company at this location, then confronted another employee, pointed a gun at him and then went into his trailer parked on the premises in the parking lot.”

Officers tried to talk to Davis and after three hours, he gave up. Davis was taken into custody on a complaint of pointing a deadly weapon.
