Oklahoma County Special District Court Judge Barbara Swinton says low cost divorce services can work in some cases. "In the most simplistic cases I think they serve the need for folks who are lower income, don't have children, don't have any property they need to divide."

Attorneys warn that many divorces are far more complicated than just filling out a few forms.
