The attorney for a woman charged in connection with the TCC grade tampering investigation says his clients bond is too high.

Elizabeth Espinoza is charged with one count of violating Oklahoma's Computer Crimes Act. She's accused of lifting a hold on school records of a Middle Eastern student.

Her attorney says Espinoza's $75,000 bond is too much. Terry Funk says Espinoza is not a flight risk. Funk says he's confident they will win in court. "I don't think they'll be able to show she lifted holds, and secondly, you would never be able to show that she was the only person that could lift those holds."

Espinoza is being held in the Tulsa County jail. Her preliminary hearing is next month.
