Inaugural events to be low -key.

Updated:
Oklahoma City-AP) -- Governor-elect Brad Henry says his inauguration celebration will be subdued in light of the state's budget crisis.

Henry's wife Kim says the celebrations will be elegant, but will keep an eye on the bottom line.

Private donations will pay for most of the events. Henry will take the oath of office January 13th at noon on the steps of the Capitol.

Other inaugural events will include a gala ball in Oklahoma City, a pancake breakfast in Tulsa and a prayer service in Shawnee.
