A â€œSpirit Fenceâ€ has been setup in front of KOTVâ€™s studios at 3rd and Frankfort, for the victims of New York City and Washington D.C.

Like the fence in Oklahoma City, you can stop by and add thoughts, prayers and other items to the fence. Sutherlands donated the fence, and has setup similar fences at Woodland Hills Mall and at their store in Broken Arrow. As soon as fences are established in New York City and Washington D.C., these items will be transferred to those fences.

In addition, Scott Medical Clinic in Owasso has set a memorial fence. Scott Medical is located at 19 South Main.
