The Tulsa City County Library system began a new chapter Friday with the opening of a new library in Sand Springs. The new Charles Page Library is 5,500 square feet, featuring a large children's area, community meeting room and more room for books and videos.
The new library replaces the old Charles Page Library, which was built in the 1920's and now becomes the Sand Springs Historical museum.
