FBI still investigating Norman connection to hijackings

Authorities are still looking into how a man who lived in Oklahoma may have been involved in the terrorist attacks. Zacarius Moussaoui is now being held as a material witness in New York City.

He was enrolled at a flight school in Norman earlier this year. The New York Times now reports that Moussaoui may have called Germany to get in touch with someone who lived in the same apartment as suspected hijacker Mohammad Atta.

Moussaoui bought a 3-month membership to OU's gym while enrolled in flight school. The justice department says he had information on crop-dusting planes in his computer. He will appear in front of a New York City grand jury in coming weeks.
