(ENID) - A Garfield County judge has denied bail for a man accused of fatally shooting an aspiring rap singer Aug. 1.
U.S. marshals arrested J.T. Holmes, 19, in St. Louis and returned him to Oklahoma on Friday.
Prosecutors have charged Holmes with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Jonathan Anderson.
Investigators believe Anderson was caught in the crossfire of gangs outside a convenience store.
A hearing on the judge's bail denial is scheduled for Tuesday.
