A concerned Tulsa Police officer hit the jackpot when he stopped to help three cars pulled over at the side of the road Tuesday night.

Instead of an accident he found several people arguing, one of them was David Cheatum, an escapee from McAlester prison. And, the officer discovered, one of the women was driving a stolen vehicle.

That's not all, a third person at the scene was David Bagland, a man police say is the poster child for running from officers, and he was arrested again for felony eluding.
