The University of Oklahoma has dedicated the $24-million Shusterman Center at 41st and Yale. OU president David Boren led the dedication, and talked with supporters about the types of programs the new campus will offer.

It's a graduate based facility and currently has nearly 1,500 students. Boren says OU has been in Tulsa for 28 years, but never had a facility quite like this. David Boren: OU President: "We've been spread out all over the community, more than a dozen places and now that we're gonna be able to bring all those talented people together under one roof the impact we can have on the community is really tremendous.”

The center will have degrees in the medical field, telecommunications, business and more.
