TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ Reggie Borges scored a career-high 28 points to lead four players in double figures as Oral Roberts beat Oakland University 93-61 Saturday night in a Mid-Continent Conference game.
The Golden Eagles (9-9, 3-0 Mid-Continent Conference) shot 57 percent from the field, made its first 11 field goal attempts of the second half and led by as many as 41.
The Grizzlies (9-9, 2-2) shot just 35 percent from the field while ORU scored its most points in a conference game since 1998.
Ralph Charles scored 14 for the Golden Eagles and Tyrone Tiggs had 13 points, seven assists and four rebounds.
Oakland was led by Dan Champagne, who scored 14 points but fouled out with more than eight minutes to play.
The score marked ORU's largest margin of victory in a conference game since 1998.
