KOTV reporters and photojournalists honored

The Society for Professional Journalists-The Oklahoma Pro Chapter handed out their awards this past weekend.

News on Six reporter Tami Marler and photojournalist Jake Snow won first place for investigative reports. We called it "Breaking the Mold", stories that uncovered dangerous mold in public places.

And, the Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters awarded Oklahoma Traveler Scott Thompson this weekend with two its top awards for his work. They were for a story called "A Second Chance", about an injured bald eagle nursed back to health and set free.

The other was for his work with the Nature Conservancy and a special "Saving the Last Great Places.
