NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Matt Bose's RBI-single in the bottom of the ninth inning lifted Oklahoma to a 9-8 win over Missouri on Saturday.
The Tigers (6-6, 0-2 Big 12) scored five runs in the second inning and added three in the fourth to take an 8-3 lead. The Sooners (10-4, 2-0) steadily chipped away at the lead, scoring one run in the fifth and two in the sixth.
Matt Fisher's sacrifice fly in the eighth tied the game at 8.
OU reliever Austin Mix (2-1) allowed no hits or runs in the final 2 1/3 innings.
Travis Wendte (0-1) came on in the ninth and give up the winning run.
Missouri's Jayce Tingler went 3-for-5 with three RBI.
