Tulsa's Urban Development Director says it's just one of the many steps the city is taking to rebuild the northside.
Brenda Miller, Tulsa's Urban Development: "People want to live in the inner city. North Tulsa's time is really here. There's lots of new housing and construction..the city needs north Tulsa."
Residents say they'd also like a movie theatre and a bowling alley.
