(Tulsa-AP) -- Antonio Reed scored ten of his 12 points in the final eight minutes and 16 seconds to rescue Tulsa in a 68-to-61 victory over Louisiana Tech Thursday night.
There were 14 ties and 12 lead changes, the last coming on a floater by Reed that put Tulsa ahead 59-to-58 with just less than four minutes to play.
Dante Swanson followed with a slam dunk on a backdoor cut and Reed hit on another drive to give Tulsa a 63-to-58 advantage.
The Bulldogs made just one basket in the final five minutes. Louisiana Tech has now lost four consecutive games for the first time since 1998.
Charlie Davis led 11-and-4 Tulsa with 14 points and Jarius Glenn added 11.
