TU basketball looking to recover

(Tulsa-AP) -- The University of Tulsa basketball team has a week to try to figure out a way to turn things around.

The Golden Hurricane lost on the road to Hawaii on Saturday night, 73-to-67 in overtime.

The Hurricane has now lost three in a row.

Tulsa fell behind Hawaii by 15 in the first half but rallied after halftime. A shot by Jason Parker with 10.9 seconds left sent the game into overtime.

Tulsa is now 11-and-7 overall, 4-and-5 in the Western Athletic Conference. The Hurricane's next game is Saturday at home against Rice.
