Protesters upset about education rally on Wednesday

Updated:
Not everybody was in favor of the education rally. While teachers made their voices heard, others protested.

The Oklahoma Conservative Political Action Committee says it has the same goals as the teachers, but different views on how to achieve them. They do agree education should be funded first and that legislators have the power to get it done.

Ginger Tinney with the Oklahoma Professional Educators Association, "You know what, they did it in November for the prisons, they can do it. If they make education a priority and every single politician ran on that platform, we're saying put your actions where your words have been.”

Tinney says she disagrees with teachers who took time away from their students, to lobby for school money.
