(Far Hills, New Jersey-AP) -- Two golfers with Oklahoma State ties have been named to the US golf team for the Walker Cup Match.
Trip Kuehne and Casey Wittenberg will play against Great Britain and Ireland on September sixth and seventh.
Kuehne is a former OSU golfer who finished as a runner-up to Tiger Woods at the 1994 US Amateur.
Wittenberg will be a freshman at OSU. He was the youngest golfer selected for the US team. He won at the Southern Amateur, Terra Cotta Invitational and the Porter Cup.
