(Norman-AP) -- Highly regarded freshman quarterback Tommy Grady is finally getting to practice with his Oklahoma teammates.
Grady spent a week in limbo while awaiting word on his eligibility. The NCAA Clearinghouse granted him a waiver this week and he arrived Wednesday.
Grady spent Thursday's practice running the scout team and said afterward that it feels good just to be playing football.
Grady is expected to be redshirted this year.
